A very attractive hotel. my main complaint is that as a foreigner I could have done with more help to know my way around the hotel room - e.g. how the lights work etc, having just arrived very tired after many hours of travelling. I think the spa is too expensive and special deals should be presented to foreigners more openly. the experience of being charged the maximum as a foreigner does not work out well in het longterm. The room rates were very reasonable though.

Convenient Location and Free Wi-Fi 🌐
The location was great since it was close to all the places we wanted to go, like honghulou. They also offered free Wi-Fi here, which was a nice bonus.

Good We were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury offered at this hotel. the private facilities were stunning and exclusive, with attention given to every detail. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area were impressive, offering a variety of gourmet options. the swimming pool was a highlight, with clear blue water and a calm ambiance. the staff provided impeccable service, catering to our every need with a smile.
Bad the only negative aspect we encountered was the distance from major attractions, requiring additional travel time. the location advantages offered a peaceful retreat from the busy city center.

Great location near shopping and dining areas. Spacious and clean rooms, and free Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful and efficient in accommodating all requests.
Limited breakfast options and noise from nearby construction. However, the staff did their best to make the stay comfortable despite the noise disturbance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always full of smiles..............the hotel was quiet and provided the much needed atmosphere for relaxation after a hard days work...the food was excellent and the rooms were always clean.
The only thing below par was the laundry...they did not starch my shirts.

The design of it is modern
it starts to reiase the rent, rather expensive compared to previous years when it started.

The hotel staff was very friendly and made sure everything was neat and clean. the bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the complimentary shuttle service was a convenient touch for getting around the area.
One of the main downsides of this hotel was the location. It was quite far from the main shopping centers and attractions.

Brand new hotel with excellent rooms with modern design and amenities. Staff is very eager to help. Restaurant is fabulous, especially the buffet dinner with various European and Asian cuisine, breakfast also vert diverse and fully corresponds to 5-star hotel status
Staff doesn't speak engish at the 5-star hotel level, although in relative tems they are much better than average.in that part of China. The location is a bit far from metro, but bus stop is 20 meters from entrance. Although in the brochure it is stated that there was a shop and a swimming pool, none of them were found in-house (and had troubles asking). Internet is slow
